Who Silver Is, and How the Academy Helps

Silver is a brave, silver-coated superhero pup who lives in Friendship Forest. In every story he helps a friend learn something hard about growing up: how to share, how to focus, how to remember, how to keep going when things get tough. He is gentle, loyal and a little bit funny, and he never lectures. He shows. That is the whole idea behind the Super Silver Academy. Children take in big social and emotional lessons far more easily when the lesson is wrapped inside an adventure they actually want to hear again at bedtime. A child who would tune out a lecture about sharing will happily follow Silver across Friendship Forest to learn the same thing, and remember it the next morning.

The Super Silver Academy is a small, independent picture-book studio founded by Neil Russell. We make social-emotional stories for children roughly aged 3 to 9, alongside free, no-jargon guides for the parents reading them. The books carry the story; the guides carry the practical part: what to actually say and do when your child won't share, can't sit still for homework, melts down over a lost game, or comes home saying they have no friends. Everything is built around one belief, borrowed straight from Silver: "The world is like a mirror. It reflects back what you give."

Each hub pairs with a Silver story: Sharing Silver (sharing and giving), Focused Silver (the superpower of focus), and Silver and the Forgetful Robot (memory tricks kids actually use). All three are on Amazon as paperbacks and ebooks.
